Dr. Ghoraba’s journey began at the Faculty of Medicine, Tanta University, Egypt, where he graduated with Excellence and Honours in 2010, followed by an MSc in Plastic Surgery in 2015 and a PhD in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in 2019.
He went on to complete international fellowships in microsurgery in Taiwan and in head and neck reconstruction at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, UK, along with further specialist training in facial aesthetics across the United States, United Kingdom, and Turkey — training that sharpened his focus on the deep-plane facelift and laid the groundwork for what would become his London practice, extending his reach to an international patient base beyond the Gulf and Egypt.

Beyond the operating room, Dr. Ghoraba has established himself as one of the most sought-after international educators in advanced facelift surgery. A frequent faculty member at leading aesthetic and plastic surgery congresses worldwide, he delivers keynote lectures, performs live surgical demonstrations, and leads advanced cadaveric dissection courses dedicated to mastering the deep-plane facelift.
