OUR VIRTUAL CONSULTATION PROCESS
The first step is a consultation. While we prefer meeting in person, we offer virtual consultations via WhatsApp, Zoom, or FaceTime for those traveling from abroad. This is a vital first step to understand your concerns, assess suitability, and plan your surgical journey.

During your video call, Dr. Samir will review your photos and medical history. He will listen to your expectations before making expert recommendations for procedures such as the Deep Plane Facelift, Preservation Rhinoplasty, or Neck Sculpture.
Following your consultation, we will send a detailed outline of the proposed plan, a fee schedule, and pre-operative requirements. You will need to complete specific blood tests in your home country and follow our two-week rule, which includes no smoking and no blood-thinning supplements before arrival.
Upon your arrival in Cairo, the day before your surgery, you will meet Dr. Samir in person at our Fifth Settlement Opal Clinic for a final examination. This visit allows for a hands-on assessment of the tissues, confirmation of the surgical plan, and standardized studio photography.
Commitment to Recovery
Facial surgery requires a commitment to healing. Our care does not end with the final stitch. You will need to remain in Egypt for 7 to 14 days, depending on the complexity of your procedure, so our team can monitor your progress and ensure you are fully recovered before you travel home.
